Spotlight: Delilah Home

Meet Delilah Home… sustainable home textiles innovator and my “Seeing Green Solutionist of the Day” for April 11.

Delilah Home embodies the best of sustainability and community impact. Named after a golden retriever who survived a 62-day ordeal alone in the North Carolina mountains, this brand carries that same spirit of resilience and heart in everything they do.

From farm to front door, their products are free from allergenic, carcinogenic and toxic chemicals. They’re made in Fair Trade-certified factories in Portugal, where workers are paid well above a living wage and treated with dignity. Deliliah Home cares deeply about the origins of their materials—investigating how crops are grown and how workers are treated. They use 100% recycled bottles in their materials, reducing plastic waste and closing the loop with a Take Back Program that keeps used items out of landfills.

They also give back — to organizations like Operation Warm, 1% for the Planet, the American Humane Society, Make-A-Wish America and Beds for Kids. Their CEO, Michael Twer, is a passionate volunteer with and advocate for the Special Olympics and embodies their ethos in every way.

In their own words:
“Sustainability, impact, community… The company’s mission statements and visions aren’t just corporate speak; they are how we live our lives when we are not at work. Our core values weren’t born out of a branding session; our core values are a part of who we are as humans and are at the heart of every decision we make.”
