Spotlight: The Pack

Meet The Pack … helping dogs thrive by eating more plants, and the #SeeingGreen Solutionist of the Day for June 5.

Working to create a better world for pets and the planet, The Pack is a UK-based pet food company on a mission to revolutionize how we feed our dogs by making nutritious, healthy plant-based nutrition the new norm.

Founded by a team of animal lovers and sustainability advocates, The Pack offers a range of nutritionally complete wet and dry dog foods crafted entirely from plant-based ingredients. The Pack also recently partnered with Meatly to develop a new line of cultivated chicken pet food, combining their plant-based expertise with Meatly’s breakthrough cultivated meat technology to further reduce the environmental impact of pet diets. The brand’s goal is to challenge outdated assumptions about canine nutrition while aligning pet diets with a more compassionate and climate-friendly food system.

Sustainability is core to The Pack’s identity. By removing animal protein from the supply chain, they significantly reduce the environmental impact associated with traditional pet food -- including emissions, water use and deforestation linked to animal meat production -- helping humans and dogs alike leave small carbon pawprints. In addition, all of the brand’s packaging, including the cans and the box the products arrive in, are plastic-free and fully recyclable.

As part of their broader impact strategy, The Pack supports climate and animal welfare nonprofits and actively educates pet owners on the environmental footprint of their choices. The Pack has achieved B Corp certification -- Europe’s first plant-based pet food startup to achieve this status.
